How much does a custom home with Burraq cost?

Custom builds in Perth typically range from $2,500–$4,500 per square metre depending on finish level, block conditions and design complexity. After a free site visit, we'll give you a transparent fixed-price quote — no "starting from" fine print.
Do you give fixed-price quotes?

Yes — every Burraq contract is a fixed-price contract. We absorb price-rise risk on materials we've already specified. The only variations are ones you initiate.
How long will my home take to build?

A typical single-storey custom home takes 6–9 months from slab to handover. Double-storey or architectural builds run 9–14 months. We commit to a date in writing — and we hit it 97% of the time.
Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Burraq Pty Ltd is fully licensed under WA Building Licence BC #103841, ACN 645 697 507, HIA member, with $20M public liability and full home indemnity. All paperwork available on request.
Do you handle council approvals?

Yes. We manage council applications, certifier liaison, engineering and energy ratings end-to-end. You sign one form. We do the rest.
What warranty do you offer?

10-year structural warranty on all new builds and major renovations, plus 12-month defect liability covering everything else. Backed by mandatory home indemnity insurance.
Will the director personally be involved in my build?

On every build. Our director is on-site weekly minimum, usually more. You'll have a direct contact number from day one — and we keep our active project count deliberately low so this never changes.
Can I see a project under construction?

Absolutely — and we encourage it. Site visits to active builds are the best possible reference check. Just ask during your consultation.
